Yes they are.

How much do your puppies cost?
Our puppies range from $3,500 to $5,000 (plus sales tax, which is required in Utah for puppy sales). Breeding rights will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to an additional charge. When the puppies are born, I require a $500 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your puppy, which will be applied to the total price of the puppy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer Cash or Zelle because we don’t get charged a processing fee. However, we will accept Venmo and credit cards. If you use Venmo or a credit card, you will be charged the relevant processing fee.
What is the process to get a puppy?
You can check our currently Available Cavalier Puppies and then fill out our Puppy Application, which will prepare me for a call with you to talk about the available puppies or one that will be available. Then it’s just a matter of making a deposit to reserve and making transportation arrangements for your Cavalier Companion.

Do you sell puppies with Full AKC registation and breeding rights ?
All litters are AKC registered and sold with limited papers. I will consider full papers and breeding rights on a case-by-case basis for an additional $1000.00.
Are you able to keep puppies past the pick up age of the puppy?
You must make picking up your puppy a priority. We will charge $40 per day starting on the next calendar day after failed pickup, for boarding until you do pick your puppy up. If you fail to pick up your puppy within 48 hours of the pickup date, it will be placed back up for sale.
How do I know you are not a scammer?
I’ve attached my business license, DBA application and Utah Sales Tax certificate. Additionally, this website is quite an investment of time, and it’s not the work of someone trying to make a quick buck. Another thing to consider is that I have a brand, Angels and Nobility Cavaliers. I have filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for “Angels and Nobility Cavaliers” and my logo. I have invested considerable resources into my reputation. I hope this alleviates some of your concerns, and that you do ask me for videos of my puppies with my face in them! I would love to welcome you to the Angels and Nobility Cavaliers family. I am a practicing lawyer licensed in CA. CA State bar # 125515
I'm out of state, how do I get my puppy?
We have 3 options-
1. We have a lap nanny that we recommend, we give you their info and you work with them to pick out a flight for your puppy to get to you. See how lap nanny delivery works.
2. You can fly into our nearest airport, Salt Lake City International Airport or the Provo Utah Airport, and I will meet you there. You can pay in person in cash for your puppy. This helps you know there is a puppy and I am not a scammer.
3. We can meet at a public location that is safe for both parties.
Do you offer puppy delivery or a flight nanny?
Yes. We work with a lap nanny who flies with your puppy in the cabin and hands them to you at your airport, so your Cavalier travels with a person rather than alone in cargo. We give you the nanny’s contact information and you arrange the flight with them directly. We deliver nationwide.
Do you do any health testing on the parents?
Yes, we do EMBARK genetic DNA testing. Each parent is tested for over 270+ different genetic disorders and diseases. Also, each parent has had OFA (Orthopedic Foundation of America) exams for their eyes, heart, hips, patella, and, most importantly, cardiac health. We work closely with OFA-certified veterinarians and canine fertility specialists.
What food will be my puppy be on?
We feed Open Farms Puppy: Chicken, Salmon and Ancient Grain.
What health issues are prevalent in the Cavalier King Charles breed?
Cavaliers are prone to several health issues, including heart disease (specifically, mitral valve disease), a neurological condition known as syringomyelia, and eye problems. That’s why we do genetic testing and OFA exams to minimize the risk of these issues.
