OUR BREEDING PROGRAM

Welcome to Angels and Nobility Cavaliers!

My name is Patty, and I live in northern Utah. I work remotely from home, which allows me to be a home-based breeder. I am not a commercial breeder, a “puppy mill,” or a “backyard breeder.” I am proud to be part of the Empowered Badass Breeder Curriculum and committed to responsible breeding. I put my heart and energy into choosing a puppy that is right for your person, family, and home.

I am obsessed with the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed and am convinced there is no other dog for me! I value protecting, preserving, and improving the breed by selecting healthy breeding stock, genetics, and temperament. My goal is to raise healthy, loving, sociable puppies who will become wonderful forever additions to their new families.

Learn About the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

Bringing home a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy is a 12-to-15-year commitment, and the best Cavalier owners are the ones who understand the breed before their puppy arrives. Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Learn Center is a growing library of plain-English articles written from years of experience breeding and raising Cavaliers in northern Utah. It covers the Cavalier health conditions every buyer should know about, everyday Cavalier care and wellbeing, and the breed facts that separate a true Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from its look-alikes.

The Cavalier is a gentle, affectionate toy spaniel, but the breed carries a handful of well-documented inherited conditions: mitral valve disease (MVD), syringomyelia and Chiari-like malformation, episodic falling syndrome, dry eye curly coat syndrome, and idiopathic asymptomatic thrombocytopenia. Knowing what these Cavalier health problems look like, how they are tested for, and why we health-screen and DNA-test our breeding dogs helps you choose a healthy Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy and care for your Cavalier for life.
